Also known as "Dharma" is foundational to the conceptual framework of Buddhism. Buddhism seeks to address the disparity between a person's view of Reality and the actual state of things, Ultimate Reality. A person's Reality is relative and conceptual. It is different per person. Ultimate Reality however refers to pure present moment awareness. It is the existence of everything without the Ego labeling them. For instance we do not see blue, we see color. A higher awareness of Ultimate Reality can be attained through Vipassana Meditation.
