BREAK OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

This is actually a fun exercise to do and as you start to enjoy it, it will automatically result in you performing any activity in your life with more ease. For the coming week do things differently. Just for fun and see what the Experience does to you. Also pay additional attention to how you perform those activities. Pay more attention to the activity itself and be surprised how much you can enjoy 'standard activities'. Here are some activities that you could do differently

  • Take the elevator instead of the stairs (or the other way around.)
  • Drink tea instead of coffee
  • Take a different route to your (work) destination
  • Take a small walk during your lunch break
  • Smile and greet people that you normally would ignore
  • Clean your dishes manually although you have a dish washing machine

Use your imagination to come up with other activities that you could do differently
